How do I know if my booking has been confirmed?
When you make a booking you’ll be given a booking reference; we’ll include this reference in your confirmation email too.
How do I cancel my booking?
You can cancel a booking made on our website by contacting us, subject to the cancelation agreement.*
Is their free Wi-Fi?
All guests have free WI-FI across the whole building during their stay, Wi-Fi is both unlimited and free.
Is their parking?
We have a designated parking lot at the back of our hotel, parking is free and exclusive for guests only.
Do rooms have air conditioning?
Our rooms dont have built in AC's, howver all rooms have fans and extra fans can be provided on request (subject to availability.*)
Do you have any smoking rooms?
All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. However, guests are allowed to smoke on their balconies if they book a Double room with Balcony.
When is check in and check out times?
Check-in time starts at 4pm and is available until 10pm. However if you would like to check in later than 10pm, guests are required to inform us by phone or email.
